PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES

Connect Plus activities are based both on workout intensities calculated from your physical condition assessment and your goals, but also on a stimulating team atmosphere rhythmical by stages of games, exchanges and / or challenges. Each course lasts 1 hour.

There are different Connect Plus courses: Pulse, Form, Line, Feel, Power, calibrated on a cardio / muscular activity and a motor course. Play courses, among them, are another way to play sports, they are more games and challenges oriented!

Our Connect Plus courses is devided into 3 stages:

CARDIO ACTIVITY and BODYBUILDING

Workout on a cardio / bodybuilding sessions - duration 30 min

This first part of the session is characterized by performance of a Circuit- Training (series of cardio or muscular exercises according to the course) at intensities calculated individually and recalculated in real time depending on your fitness for the day! In this way, everyone practices together, but everyone at their own pace!

MOTOR COURSES ACTIVITY

Workout in free space - duration 15 min

The second part of the session is more fun and exciting. The motor courses are a series of workshops that will test your balance, your agility or even your speed! It is a real time of sharing, exchange and play with other Connect Plus members. Collaboration, challenge, surpassing oneself... Everyone will find something there. Furthermore, each end of the course is enlivened with a traditional mini-game or with one of our creations: Basketball, Bowling, shooting at Bosu... This diversity in the courses helps to maintain your motivation and to share moments always more inspiring with the group.
