The Line courses are suitable for weight loss goal. Through fun courses combining cardio- vascular activity and muscle strengthening, you will have a real sensation of energy expenditure. With recommendations directly from your Connect+ counselor, you'll achieve your goals safely. Workout in small group will help you keep motivated and happy during your sessions!

PULSE

Pulse courses are designed to optimize your cardiovascular system. With cardio-based activities, these courses will put your endurance to the test. Always done in a small group and supervised by a Connect + counselor, you will optimize your body in a lively atmosphere.

FEEL

Mix of calibrated physical activity and balance course, Feel courses will allow you to progress in this often neglected component and invest in the prevention of certain joint disorders, reducing the risk of injury, prevention of falls... Real tool for preservation of the quality of life, Feel courses will allow you to showcase your sensations, ensuring a proprioceptive and musculo-articular workout smoothly.

FLOW

Designed for all those who want to regain their serenity, Flow courses offer a special moment between you and your body. Through postural exercises based on deep muscle strengthening, you will be able to develop your balance, improve your posture and your concentration. The exercises based on breathing will help to reduce your stress and give you some solutions to cope with it. A workout around the flexibility will prevent appearance of certain pains and injuries. The Flow courses are an excellent means to find calm and peace while controlling your body: a real + in your healthy living!

POWER

Power classes are focused around your muscle development. For a goal of maintaining muscle tone or for a performance goal, calibrated workout on circuit training or on motor courses will help everyone to workout at its optimal intensity. Always done in small groups and with co-ordination of your Connect+ counselor, you will achieve your goals of muscle strengthening safely and in a fun manner.

PLAY

Play courses immerse you in a world of fun team games. No matter in what game you participate, stay alert to lead your team to victory! Come and participate in a fun and playful experience around the games of your childhood revisited, or activities created from scratch for Play courses. A time of sharing, challenge, and above all a good way to workout while having fun. Come and try with your friends!
